Download PDF995 or CutePDF. Google to find the download sites. These are free for home use, for you cpoamny you work at, you might have to pay for them.These are printer drivers. You develop the document in a word processor such as Word or even a spreadsheet like Excel. Then on Print, select the one you downloaded and installed. If PDF995, you will see it as a printer in the list of printers to choose from. When executed, a PDF file will be created and Adobe Reader will open for viewing. If it must be edited, the original Word document will have to be used as you can not edit a pdf file in Reader. I have PDF995 and like it very much.
