HiI am getting a reading on the screen even when the multimeter is not plugged in to anything. I have checked the fuse.

YOU HAVE A SMALL PROBLEME THEN YOU CAN SET IT IN THE FOLLOWING/ FIRST OPEN YOUR MULTIMETER LOOK BIHEND THER4S A SCREW AND THEN DISCONNEC THE BATTERIE AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THE JONCTION BITWEEN THE DIODE D1 , D2 AND THE POINT "COM" OF THE MULTIMETER HAS BEEN CUT FROM TROUBLES NOW YOU MEST REALASE IT WITH SOLDER

Resistance measurement is ok. But AC and DC voltages are shown high in model M3900My contract id is shibu686@gmail.com
