LSI Corp acquires network specialist
LSI Corporation acquired San Diego based Tarari, Inc., for approximately $85 million in cash. Tarari is a maker of silicon and software that provides content and application awareness in packet and message processing. The 45 employees of the Tarari team will be integrated into LSI´s NSPG organization.
